What countries do you ship to?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take?

Once you place your order, it takes 1 - 3 days to process it. After we process it, please allow 7 - 15 days for your order to arrive, although it usually takes less time. There is only a handful of countries effected by the Coronavirus pandemic, please see the list of these below.

Will the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic effect shipment?

The list of countries in which shipping has been effected are Australia, Italy, New Zealand, Canada and Norway. There will be a delay of at least 20 days within these countries. This is due to the coronavirus epidemic. For all other countries including USA, UK, and mainland Europe there are no delays at this current time.

I have put my information in wrong! What do I do?

In the event of filling in your information wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at info@calmingfalls.com and we will try to amend your mistake.

Does my order come with tracking?

Yes, every order comes with a tracking code. You can check where you item in here.

Returns

I want to return my order, what do I do?
